A 7 year old boy, Billy, goes missing at a fair while his pregnant mother is talking. Ten years latter Billy reappears...he is still 7 years old.

Scully and Doggett are called in to investigate. Doggett is not convinced of a supernatural element to the case and questions the teenager suspected of kidnapping 10 years earlier, Ronnie.

Billy takes a knife into his younger brother, Josh's, bedroom and sticks the knife into the mattress. The knife is covered in his own blood.

Later, Ronnie goes into the woods and unearths the skeleton of Billy. While Doggett and Scully are questioning Ronnie, Josh goes missing.

Ronnie eventually leads them to the killer and to Billy's grave. Doggett refuses to believe. [Ed: Deja vu ?!?]
