Xander is cleaning up, preparing to replace the windows - again. The gang are researching The First Evil and finding nothing. Without information, they can't rescue Spike. Buffy sees Joyce and assumes that she is The First, then she wakes up from her dream. The first still holds Spike captive. The First (as Spike and then Drusilla) tells the ancient vampire (the Turok-Han) to attack Spike.

Cordelia is confused and annoyed with her missing memories. Lorne arrives with a bottle for a spell to restore Cordelia's memory - guaranteed and no side effects... Lorne tells the audience that he was an idiot...

Xander is repairing the lounge window and keeping out of Anya's argument that William the Bloody is back in business. Andrew is walking and telling Warren[The Other] that he can't kill anyone else. Warren[The Other] changes into Jonathan[The Other] and says that is wasn't that bad being killed. Buffy has Spike tied to a chair to stop him killing again.
